Tenant improvement project on the UC Merced Science and Engineering Building including a cell culture room, hazmat room, and a clean room. Scope of work included demolition on the 2nd and 3rd Floor, and penthouse concrete floor slabs to allow for ductwork to anew air handler in the existing penthouse.
