DESCRIPTION
The primary structure is 528,307 square feet of single-story, 30 foot clear height, manufacturing and warehouse use, 9,052 SF of mezzanine and an approximately 52,347 SF two story office attached to the northwest portion of the building. There are two ancillary, single-story, buildings of 50,000 and 27,000 SF used for manufacturing and testing.
